Colin Diehl, FOUNDER

Colin is passionate about ensuring the success and sustainability of the cannabis industry as it continues to expand rapidly across New York through legalized adult recreational use.  

With over 20 years of experience in the environmental compliance and ecological consulting industry, Colin has continuously developed innovative methods to maximize multi-discipline efficiencies, including supporting policy compliance and regulatory guidance development for the energy, telecommunications, transportation, mining, municipal, and private land development markets across the United States. Colin has been an energy and utilities advocate and supporter of various industry expansions across the United States, playing critical roles in siting/routing, resource surveys & permitting, construction phase environmental compliance management & inspection, and post-construction monitoring. 

Colin graduated from Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) with an Associates in Applied Sciences in Natural Resources Conservation, where he also serves as Adjunct Faculty and a Member of the Natural Resources Conservation Advisory Board.  He then continued his higher education by graduating  from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF) with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Science. 

Colin currently resides in Ontario County, New York with his wife and two children.
